Stahl Sheaffer Upgrades Reality Capture Services with the Advanced Leica Pegasus:Two

Stahl Sheaffer’s newest mobile mapping unit is a survey-grade Leica Pegasus:Two unit, which provides data suitable for engineering design purposes. The high resolution and extremely fast operating rate allow us to collect much more detailed data at higher speeds, which in turn enables us to perform more long-range, high-end mapping projects such as interstate corridor mapping and state highway survey contracts.

 The Pegasus:Two is accepted and approved by more than 30 state DOTs (including PennDOT and ODOT) for use as a design tool on highway projects. Strategic upgrades, including a directional camera focused on roadway surfaces, provide enhanced condition analysis capabilities.
