Stahl Sheaffer recently won its first West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways project this past fall. The project, State Project U331-857-0.67 00 Greenbag Road, located in Monongalia County, includes the development of a Preliminary Investigation & Engineering (PIE) Study for roadway widening and intersection improvements along County Route CR 857 between its junction with CR 857/1 and a 0.10 miles north of CR 857/6.

​Stahl Sheaffer welcomes Jamie Williams, P.E. to the WV Operations team! Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of transportation and civil engineering experience in roadway design and railroad/highway bridge design, analysis, inspection, and rehabilitation to Stahl Sheaffer. Mr. Williams will be leading transportation projects out of Stahl Sheaffer's Charleston, WV office. He is adept at managing transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities, and will manage the firm's first project win with the WVDOT. He has worked on a broad range of civil/highway engineering projects, including the development and supervision of both roadway and bridge construction plans, development of technical specifications, cost estimate generation, and supervision of bridge inspection crews.
