​We are happy to welcome Robert Yanosky to the Stahl Sheaffer team! Rob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an M.S. in Transportation Engineering from Villanova University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). With over 27 years of experience—primarily on PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike projects—he’s excited about the growth potential of the Harrisburg office He will be part of our Transportation team under the supervision of Scott Popovich.   

We’re blasting into the summer with a new group of interns at Stahl Sheaffer and F2S! 🎉 Welcome back to Adler, Aidan, and Aaron — we’re glad to have you return! And join us in giving a shoutout to our newest team members: Nicholas, Ashlyn, Ethan, Caleb, Michael, Brady, Carter, and Bradley!


This excited group, representing five different colleges and universities, has joined the team at five of our offices. They’re diving into everything from administration and marketing to building and bridge structures, construction inspection, and transportation. We can’t wait to see what they’ll accomplish this summer! ​

​We are happy to welcome Kaitlin Raifsnider to the Stahl Sheaffer team! Katie joins us as a 2024 Penn State graduate with a degree in Environmental Resource Management and has recently worked as a Resource Conservationist. She will be part of our Site team in the State College office under the supervision of Jason Reed.

​Congratulations to Andy on his recent promotion to Project Coordinator in the Site Department! He will be focusing on agricultural projects under the guidance of Chad Shaffer.

​Our Southpointe team has packed up the cubicles and is heading to a new space—just down the block in Canonsburg, PA! We will be settling in next week while handling business as usual. 

​We are happy to welcome back Mike Haynes to the Stahl Sheaffer team! Mike joins us with 21 years of engineering and project management experience in multiple disciplines, including land development, transportation, energy, and municipal. He also has worked with PennDOT 2-0, City of DuBois/Sandy Township, and has ran his own business in conjunction with working at Stahl Sheaffer. He will be part of our Site team in the Clearfield office.  

​We are happy to welcome Marsha Harpster to the Stahl Sheaffer team! Marsha joins us with 20 years of experience in accounting and will be assisting Project Managers with account receivables. She will be part of our Accounting team in the State College office under the supervision of Lisa Poorman.
