PennDOT District 2-0 - Stahl Sheaffer Engineering will be performing construction inspection and documentation services on the $13 million dollar Waddle Road Design-Build project in Centre County. VE Engineering is assisting Stahl Sheaffer with this contract.
City of Washington, PA - The City of Washington has selected Stahl Sheaffer Engineering to perform construction inspection and documentation services on the Business District Revitalization Phase III Project on South Main Street in the City of Washington in Washington County, PA. This $1.3 million street scape is a locally sponsored PennDOT project involving roadway reconstruction, sidewalk reconstruction, drainage upgrades, traffic signal installation, lighting, and landscaping.  The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has retained Stahl Sheaffer Engineering to perform a detailed inspection of both tubes of the Blue Mountain and Kittatinny Tunnels, Milepost 197.50, Franklin County. Inspection services include structural integrity, drainage, electrical, mechanical, lighting, and the portal buildings. Stahl Sheaffer has included Buchart Horn and Monaloh Basin Engineers on the team to carry out these inspections through 2016.

Stahl Sheaffer announces that four employees are among the first group of Nationally Certified Tunnel Inspectors in PA, through the FHA's new National Tunnel Inspection Program. The new certification will be employed on Stahl Sheaffer's recently won project with the PA Turnpike Commission for the inspection of the Blue Mountain and Kittatinny Tunnels.
