We are happy to welcome Desiree Donaldson to the Stahl Sheaffer team! She is serving as the Office Coordinator based in our State College office.   We are pleased to welcome Ben Moyer as a Transportation Construction Manager! Ben has 23 years of infrastructure and construction management experience before joining the Stahl Sheaffer team and performed inspections with PennDOT, PTC, as well as public/private partnership projects. Ben will be under the supervision of Mike Marso and located in our Selinsgrove office.
 We are pleased to welcome Josh Rodichok as a Transportation Assistant! Josh has 14 years of experience in various industries including waste management, local government, manufacturing, child development, and construction. He has joined the CI team and will be assisting with a PennDOT 5-0 project. Josh will be under the supervision of Jim Nylund and located in our Selinsgrove office.
 We are pleased to welcome Clay Arbogast as a Transportation Assistant! Clay has five years of experience in various industries including landscaping, retail, and sales. He will be under the supervision of Mark Welker and located in our Selinsgrove office.
