Stahl Sheaffer Engineering is pleased to welcome Dylan DiIulio, EIT as a Designer for the Site/Energy/Environmental department in the firm’s Clearfield, PA office.

Mr. DiIulio brings three years of experience in stormwater management and design in the solid waste and land development fields. As a Designer for Stahl Sheaffer, Mr. DiIulio will provide design and modeling services to various private and public clients. This includes performing stormwater calculations, land development plan creation, E&S control, BMP implementation, and permitting.

Founded in 2006, Stahl Sheaffer provides multi-disciplinary civil and structural services to public and private clients and was recently ranked as a top design firm in the ENR Mid-Atlantic Top Design Firms list for the fourth consecutive year. Stahl Sheaffer has 115 employees and 8 locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, including a Geotech lab in southwestern PA.

Stahl Sheaffer Welcomes Jeffery R. Baughman, P.E. as a Civil Engineering Project Manager

Stahl Sheaffer Engineering is pleased to welcome Jeffery R. (J.R.) Baughman, P.E. as a Project Manager for the Site/Energy/Environmental department in the firm’s Clearfield, PA office.

Mr. Baughman brings over 20 years of industry experience in the design and management of civil engineering projects for clients including PennDOT, DCNR, local municipalities, and energy companies. He will work closely with Stahl Sheaffer’s highly experienced staff to lead projects throughout Pennsylvania, leveraging his valuable experience to enhance project delivery and meet client needs.

Mr. Baughman is knowledgeable and skilled in planning and project development including design, budget, construction cost estimating, permitting, and project management for civil construction and energy development projects. Throughout his career, he has held various positions of project development, including working for PennDOT District 2-0 in Clearfield as Senior Civil Engineer Supervisor.

Mr. Baughman is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He is a graduate of Bucknell University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. In addition, he has served in volunteer roles in his community including Treasurer, Board Member, and Volunteer Coach for Philipsburg-Osceola Little League Baseball and an Assistant Football Coach for Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School Varsity.
