​We are happy to welcome back a former intern, Adler Gabel, to the Stahl Sheaffer team! Adler is a recent graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Environmental Systems Engineering. He has previously been an intern in our transportation and CM/CI department, along with our exclusive teaming partner, F2S Infrastructure. He will be in our State College office under the supervision of Jim Nylund.

Congratulations to our very own Senior Vice President of Transportation, Scott Popovich, on being honored as a 2025 City and State Pennsylvania (CSPA) Infrastructure honoree! Scott joins a highly respected list of trailblazers who were chosen as some of the most influential in creating and fortifying Pennsylvania's roadway, bridge, and building infrastructure.

With 37 years of experience, Mr. Rautzahn oversees all our bridge department personnel and operations, and provides technical expertise on bridge and other transportation projects.
