Jamie Merrill, based on his time at Autodesk University, is one of the few individuals in Pennsylvania officially certified in AutoCAD and Revit. Jamie is a designer in Stahl Sheaffer's Building Structures group.  Stahl Sheaffer has been selected to design the Bradford Airport Industrial Park Access Road including roadway design, MPT, utility coordination, HOP permitting, environmental permitting and delineation, and NEPA documentation. ED3 Consultants will lead survey tasks and A.G.E.S. will perform geotechnical services.
 Stahl Sheaffer prepares to advance prior research work on full depth reclamation (FDR) and cold-in-place pavement recycling (CIR). 40 tons of RAP and subgrade material were delivered to the Stahl Sheaffer lab this week to be used for research and development projects over the winter.
