Paul Frey, P.E., - Bridge Designer

Stahl Sheaffer congratulates Paul Frey on receiving his Professional Engineer license in Ohio. Paul is responsible for bridge analysis, design, and inspection projects. He has nearly six years of bridge design experience and has been responsible for all phases of bridge replacement and rehabilitation work. Paul graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has been with Stahl Sheaffer, based in our North Canton, Ohio office, for three years.

Jeff Sheaffer, P.E., CBSI, NCTI - Principal 

Jeffery Sheaffer, P.E., CBSI, NCTI, a co-founder and Principal of Stahl Sheaffer and originally licensed in PA, has recently acquired new P.E. licenses in AL, CT, DE, IN, MA, NJ, TN, and the District of Columbia, bringing his total number of state licenses to  22.
