​Stahl Sheaffer Engineering is pleased to welcome Robert R. Milne to our management team! He will serve as the Regional Office Manager in Morgantown and will lead West Virginia operations. He has 33 years of experience in the design and management of land development, roadway, and bridge design projects spanning multiple states and market sectors. Clients have included the WVDOH, West Virginia University, WVDNR, City of Morgantown, PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, design firms, and additional state and municipal clients. Mr. Milne’s experience and expertise will expand Stahl Sheaffer’s ability to serve clients in West Virginia as well as surrounding states.
