Stahl Sheaffer Opens New Office in Charleston, WV

Stahl Sheaffer Engineering announces the opening of its newest office location in Charleston, West Virginia. As a result of rapid expansion in the region, Stahl Sheaffer now has three offices throughout West Virginia, including a staff of 12 in Morgantown and a field office in Ravenswood. The new office will be managed by Jamie Williams, P.E., and will include additional engineers, designers, LiDAR mapping technicians, and a LiDAR analyst to support new and ongoing projects in West Virginia. The new location will help Stahl Sheaffer provide even faster response times and greater support to our current and new clients, including the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways.

Stahl Sheaffer Welcomes Project Manager Jamie Williams, P.E.

​Stahl Sheaffer welcomes Jamie Williams, P.E. to the WV Operations team! Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of transportation and civil engineering experience in roadway design and railroad/highway bridge design, analysis, inspection, and rehabilitation to Stahl Sheaffer. Mr. Williams will be leading transportation projects out of Stahl Sheaffer's Charleston, WV office. He is adept at managing transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities, and will manage the firm's first project win with the WVDOT. He has worked on a broad range of civil/highway engineering projects, including the development and supervision of both roadway and bridge construction plans, development of technical specifications, cost estimate generation, and supervision of bridge inspection crews.
