Stahl Sheaffer Engineering, LLC has been selected as the prime consultant to provide design and miscellaneous services for the PA 56 Trib to Barefoot Run Bridge located in PennDOT Engineering District 9. Services include preliminary engineering, environmental studies, final design, and constructions services for the replacement of a bridge carrying PA 56 over Tributary to Barefoot Run west of the intersection with PA 96 in Pleasantville Borough, Bedford County. Stahl Sheaffer’s subconsultants include American Geotechnical & Environmental Services, Inc., Lotus Environmental Consulting, LLC, and Cardno, Inc. In addition to District 9, Stahl Sheaffer has been active in several other PennDOT Districts and with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
