Stahl Sheaffer Hires Experienced PennDOT Executive to Lead Quality Initiatives

Kevin Kline, P.E., Quality Improvement Manager

Stahl Sheaffer hires Kevin Kline, P.E. to champion ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Kevin's primary responsibilities will include project oversight, quality control, and coordination. He will review and update Stahl Sheaffer's master QA/QC plan and will provide leadership for Project Specific Quality Assurance Plans, supporting project managers and staff throughout Pennsylvania as well as Ohio and West Virginia.
   
During his tenure as a PennDOT District Executive, Kevin was responsible for planning, directing, budgeting, controlling, and administering all operations within the District Office and the 9 County Maintenance Offices in north central PA. His 35 years of experience encompassed the entire range of projects, from minor to highly complex, and had a wide public impact for all operations in District 2-0.
