Stahl Sheaffer Engineering can provide engineering services for complex highway design projects, roadway resurfacing and reconstruction, occupancy permits, and inspection. We are experienced in all aspects of road design, including design field view, drainage, safety, E&S plans, NPDES permits, traffic control, cross sections, tabulation and summary sheets, and specifications. We continually stay informed of the rapid technological changes in the profession through our involvement with professional organizations, and our in-house traffic engineering laboratory with TS-1, TS-2, 2070 controllers with hardware-in-the-loop capabilities. 

Stahl Sheaffer supports pavement maintenance and has developed proprietary applications to document  defects, support roadway management plans, and budget for roadway repairs or replacements.
