Stahl Sheaffer provided the design for the construction of an access road for the Bradford Regional Airport Authority to connect the future site of the Bradford Airport Industrial Park. The project involved the design of a new roadway approximately 860' in length including one intersection tie-in to access an existing petroleum tank pad and two intersection stubs to allow for future roadway and site development. A major task included in the scope was designing stormwater BMPs to satisfy the requirements of the McKean County Act 167 County Wide Stormwater Management Plan. 

Additional tasks were the line, grade and typical section package preparation, preliminary and final plans preparation including cross sections, design field view package preparation, traffic control plan preparation, utility coordination and relocation, E&S and PCSM plan preparation, NPDES permit package preparation, HOP application preparation, and assembling the final PS&E package and all bid documents to advertise the project. Stahl Sheaffer also provided construction inspection.
