Stahl Sheaffer Engineering provides construction management and inspection services with individuals who possess a valuable combination of practical field experience and technical understanding. They serve as point of contact for communication between owner and contractor.​ Stahl Sheaffer provides all inspectors with a ‘Construction Inspection Checklist’ for all operations to ensure that they are constructed in accordance with specifications, project requirements, and special provisions. The inspector will ensure that schedules are updated and reviewed biweekly to insure there are no delays jeopardizing completion dates. Our inspectors maintain current certifications in areas of expertise (NICET, NECEPT, ACI, etc.) and we provide in-house and training to ensure they have current industry knowledge. They also have access to the technical expertise of professional engineers for a variety of transportation and structural projects. Stahl Sheaffer can mobilize experienced inspectors to adequately staff any project. Stahl Sheaffer also provides ACI certified field sampling, collection, and ASTM break analysis data and interpretation, as well as QA/QC inspection for all types of load and non-load bearing concrete needs such as bridge abutments, decking and flooring slabs, structure pad foundations, and block walls. Stahl Sheaffer performs in-field and in-house testing utilizing our high-capacity lab in Canonsburg, PA with continuously-trained staff. User-friendly reporting and documentation is provided to stakeholders and business partners along with reliable and responsive service.
