Stahl Sheaffer provided construction inspection and documentation on a PennDOT-administered municipal Safe Routes to School (SRTS) project. The project consisted of drainage, sidewalk, ADA ramps, pavement markings, asphalt paving, street lighting, pedestrian crossing signals, and directional boring. Stahl Sheaffer assisted with measurements, computations, schedule review, and submittal reviews and also inspected HMA base and wearing course paving.
