Stahl Sheaffer Engineering was selected as the prime consultant to provide supplementary construction inspection and documentation services in PennDOT District 5-0.

Construction inspection on this project covered the full replacement of the existing five-span, four-lane structure carrying SR 924 (Gold Star Highway) over Mahanoy Creek, RBM&N Railroad, and SR 4030 with a five-span, four-lane structure and additional miscellaneous construction.
