Stahl Sheaffer Engineering officially announced a leadership transition on July 1, 2024, and completed the first distribution of shares to employee owners and the completion of the appointments to the Board of Directors in 2025.
At Stahl Sheaffer, our focus on people and our relationships with our clients, business partners, and employees are what distinguish us and drive our firm’s success. Founded in 2006, the civil and structural engineering firm has grown to more than 100 employees and nine offices in three states, with expertise in building, bridge, transportation, and site engineering, as well as survey and construction inspection. The move to an employee-owned company in was part of a long-term leadership plan to transfer ownership to the people who have the skills, relationships, and experience to continue driving the company forward.
