Stahl Sheaffer provides public agencies including PennDOT, ODOT, WVDOT, the PA Turnpike Commission, and DCNR, with a combination of experience and technical expertise in various disciplines. Our strength comes from both the experience provided by the company founders and the strong technical backgrounds of our staff, which includes structural, civil, and transportation engineers with diverse experience as well as surveyors, GIS specialists, sUAS pilot, Certified Bridge Safety Inspectors (CBSI), Nationally Certified Tunnel Inspectors (NCTI), Professional traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE), Professional Geologists (PG), all levels of construction inspectors with required PennDOT certifications, geotechnical analysts, and environmental scientists. In addition, we have staff who are trained in PennDOT Stormwater Control Measure Visual Screening and PennDOT Stormwater Control Measure Condition Assessment Inspection.
