Stahl Sheaffer was selected as the prime consultant for the National Tunnel Inspection Standard (NTIS) in-depth, non-destructive and visual testing and inspection of the Blue Mountain and Kittatinny Mountain Tunnels along the Pennsylvania Turnpike mainline. Services included evaluation of tunnel structural components as well as predictive and preventive maintenance testing of electrical equipment.
