Stahl Sheaffer provided wetland delineation and reporting services for a private residential client in Treasure Lake, a private lake community in Sandy Township, Clearfield County. The delineation was conducted as part of a cost analysis for the proposed residential development of the subject parcel. Over .20 acres of palustrine forested and palustrine emergent wetlands were identified and delineated on the approximately .33-acre parcel.
Stahl Sheaffer also consulted and advised the client on available environmental permits, regulatory compliance, and costs associated with permitting development on the parcel.
