Waddle Road Construction Inspection

Stahl Sheaffer was selected as the prime consultant to provide supplementary construction inspection and documentation services on the SR 3045, Section A01 project in Centre County. This design/build project involved the replacement of the existing Waddle Road bridge over I-99/SR 0322 and improvements to T-528 (Waddle Road) between the interchange ramps. Improvements to the SR 8024 interchange ramps were constructed to accommodate the bridge replacement. A portion of I-99 northbound/SR 0322 eastbound was also reconstructed.
The second part of this agreement, which involved construction inspection and documentation services for the Federal funded work on SR 2045, involved the extension of the existing box culvert under SR 2045 (Waddle Road) and improvements to T-528 (Waddle Road) between Toftrees and Strouse Avenue. The traffic signal was also replaced with this part.
