Transportation Project Manager
Stahl Sheaffer is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager to be based in Canonsburg (Southpointe), State College, or Harrisburg, PA.

- Manage design projects including managing the approved scope, budget and schedule.
- Lead and manage the design team consisting of staff designers, engineers and other consultants as appropriate
- Proposal development
- Day to day project oversight and communication with clients
- Develop, track, update, forecast and modify project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project
- Prepare monthly project reports
- Assist in plan reviews and QA/QC activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum
- PA P.E. license
- PTOE certification
- Ten or more years of experience with transportation and traffic engineering projects working in a collaborative and unstructured team environment, managing and leading teams
- Knowledge of highway design
- Experience on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel & Word
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills including communicating with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- The ability to obtain state and federal background clearances to permit working onsite
- A valid Driver’s License and daily access to a motor vehicle
