SERVICES:
Stahl Sheaffer provided design, construction management and inspection for a slide restoration project in Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County PA. Project included the restoration of pipeline right of way adjacent to a township road. The slopes adjacent to the township road were flattened and drainage features were restored. Construction management and inspection included E&S controls, embankment placement, pipe installation, reporting, coordination with township, and reviewing contractor invoices. Design included determination of embankment quantities, and coordination with NPDES permitting. Stahl Sheaffer and the client's staff utilized the Stahl Sheaffer Engineering Construction Management website for bidding, daily inspection reporting, photo storage and quantity tracking.
