Stahl Sheaffer Engineering provided transportation/traffic engineering services for this project, the newest senior living community in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Services provided by Stahl Sheaffer included a turn lane warrant study, HOPs, and coordination and meetings with the Township. The facility recently opened its doors in 2021, and features 127 apartment homes offering senior living and special care. Amenities include a restaurant, café/pub, wellbeing studio, fitness studio, community room, and underground parking.
