Stahl Sheaffer designed the replacement of existing corrugated adjacent metal pipe culverts with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert with precast reinforced concrete inlet and outlet end sections, and all associated approach roadway work. Stahl Sheaffer highlighted the existing bridge condition and excess maintenance responsibilities with the gas company operators using the road and delivered a structure replacement in a compressed time frame.
