Stahl Sheaffer designed the full replacement of an existing two-span structure with a single-span prestressed concrete box beam structure. The selected replacement is an 85’-0” single span structure consisting of four 33/39.25 PA Bulb-Tee beams on one integral and one cantilever abutment. Stahl Sheaffer also included the roadway design and plans preparation, cost estimates, and specifications.
