Stahl Sheaffer provided survey, site design, and the preparation of construction documents for the construction of five tennis courts for the existing South Williamsport Community Park. In addition to the court construction, the project involved site improvements including electrical service for future lighting, stormwater management facilities and accessible parking and sidewalk modifications to the court entrance.
The project was under the jurisdiction of the South Williamsport Borough Stormwater, Zoning, and Subdivision/Land Development Ordinances, and the funding included a grant from PA DCNR.
