SERVICES:
Stahl Sheaffer provided traffic analysis, signal design, and Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP) services for the reconstruction and improvements at College Avenue (SR 26) and Pugh Street, and Beaver Avenue (SR 26) & Pugh Street. The scope of the project also included the design and permitting of pedestrian improvements at Beaver Avenue and Locust Lane.
