SERVICES:
Stahl Sheaffer provided traffic engineering services for the Borough of State College that included an intersection safety study at five intersections identified in the 2010 Planned Intersection Safety Improvement Program. Stahl Sheaffer completed an intersection safety study that included the analysis of site-specific crash data, engineering field review of each site, and the development of recommendations to implement countermeasures to improve safety. Vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle safety were analyzed at each location in this study. Stahl Sheaffer prepared a summary presentation of the safety study suitable for presentation at a State College Borough Transportation Commission Meeting in 2016. |
