SERVICES:
Stahl Sheaffer provided traffic engineering services including a practical and cost-effective intersection safety study at six intersections identified in the 2010 Planned Intersection Safety Improvement Program. The intersection safety study included an analysis of site-specific crash data, an engineered field review of each site, and the development of recommendations to implement countermeasures to improve safety. Vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle safety were analyzed at each location. Stahl Sheaffer presented the safety study at the State College Borough Transportation Commission Meeting in 2014.
