This inspection project included a condition appraisal, complete construction documents, and construction administration for maintenance rehabilitation of Nittany Parking Deck in 2011.

Following the condition appraisal, we coordinated with the Office of the Physical Plant to agree on the construction contract scope. Using this scope, a complete set of construction documents was created for the recommended maintenance and repair of the areas of concern. Throughout the bidding and construction process, Stahl Sheaffer assisted the university with bids, change orders, shop drawing review, and contractor supervision.
Stahl Sheaffer was recently selected to provide professional structural design and construction administration services for the 2017 rehabilitation of the Nittany Parking Deck. Design is currently underway, and construction is anticipated to begin immediately following spring semester.
