Stahl Sheaffer Engineering conducted an investigation of the historic James Building for failing members. Analysis and design checks on the existing framing were completed and determination made for the suitable use and loading of the structure. Repair details for failing members and structural reinforcing were developed to return the integrity of the structure to the pre-damaged condition.
