Stahl Sheaffer performed comprehensive drainage and site design for the conversion of agricultural fields to athletic fields including field fencing, sport lighting, and sprinkler system. Civil engineering services included a full topographical survey, stormwater management, NPDES permitting, and HOPs. The fields were designed to maintain vegetative cover while supporting parking of vehicles for Penn State football contests.
