SR 501-01B Construction Inspection

Stahl Sheaffer Engineering was selected by PennDOT District 5-0 as the prime consultant on this design/bid/build replacement of the existing 3-span, 174-feet pre-stressed box beam bridge carrying SR 501 over I-78. Work involved the total replacement of the existing structure, approach roadway and ramp reconstruction, a new signal installation, new guide rail, signs, pavement markings, and additional miscellaneous construction. Traffic was maintained during construction.
