SR 309-03M Construction Inspection
PennDOT District 5-0, Rush Kline Township, Schuylkill County, PAStahl Sheaffer Engineering was the prime consultant providing supplementary construction inspection and documentation services in PennDOT District 5-0. Construction inspection on this project covered the restoration of SR 309, including reconstruction of pavement, guide rail replacement, construction of ADA curb ramps, drainage upgrades, traffic signal upgrades, and additional miscellaneous construction.
Stahl Sheaffer’s efforts in Work Order 1 were rated “Exceeds Expectations” on PennDOT ECMS. The project team was awarded the “silver boot” recognition by the District on this project.
