As the prime consultant for this open-end agreement in PennDOT District 3-0, Stahl Sheaffer provided construction inspection on this work order for emergency embankment repairs due to flood damage. Construction inspection covered excavation; selected borrow excavation rock; subbase; Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design WMA base; binder, scratch, and wearing courses; milling; cement concrete for miscellaneous drainage; guide rail; coarse aggregate; pavement markings; rock J-hook vane; root wad and rock revetment; and anti-washout admixture.
