Oil & Gas Services - Temporary Access Roads
Stahl Sheaffer provided design, construction observation, and reporting for the construction of 87 Temporary Access Roads/Permanent Access Roads (TARs/PARs) for $1.5 million in Belmont and Jefferson Counties Ohio. The scope of work included E&S controls, clearing, topsoil segregation, temporary bridge and driveway installation. Daily reports were generated in the client's General Craft/Utility Inspectors Daily Report format including documentation of Technical, Environmental, Land and Safety checklists, and daily tracking and reporting of quantities. Responsibilities also included attending weekly safety meetings, making advanced notifications to agencies, reviewing contractor invoices, and submission of construction photo logs. Stahl Sheaffer also completed the design, contract, and bidding for the TAR construction.
