Stahl Sheaffer Engineering provided onsite construction inspection and consultation services for the installation of new turf fields for Hubert Jack Stadium and McCollum Field at Lock Haven University. Specific services included onsite inspection, verification/certification of material, coordination with contractor and University representatives, and documentation of completed work. Special consideration was required during subsurface construction to address hillside drainage concerns. Random inspections were performed approximately two times per week during the subsurface construction. Stahl Sheaffer also provided digital photo documentation of the site. These services were completed in a timely manner and with direct communication between project personnel, the architect, and Lock Haven University.
