Stahl Sheaffer Engineering provided roadway and drainage design for the reconstruction of Jollytown Road (T-322) in Greene County, PA. Stahl Sheaffer designed a roadway that included widening, drainage improvements, and roadway pavement structure strengthening. Stahl Sheaffer also provided overall project management of the design and construction of the improvement project. The Jollytown Road reconstruction project entailed 10” depth cement stabilized FDR base layer topped with 2” of bituminous asphalt pavement. Stahl Sheaffer was responsible for design, development of plans, specifications, estimates package, and coordination with both the client and Township. Before and after photo right of text
