Stahl Sheaffer provided the lead design role on the Jersey Shore sidewalk improvement project which included obtaining a Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) through PennDOT. Stahl Sheaffer’s experience with the HOP process and coordination with PennDOT allowed us to accelerate the process, obtaining the permit in just three weeks compared to the typical 45-day timeframe.
Stahl Sheaffer assisted the Borough with preparation of all necessary design plans, drawings, and specifications to be used for the construction of sidewalk improvements funded by CDBG. Stahl Sheaffer participated in numerous meetings with the Borough to ensure the project’s schedule, intent and quality met or exceeded expectations. Final plans were developed for the approval of the Borough and SEDA-COG.
