Stahl Sheaffer performed the following:

Documented initial roadway condition using hand-held GPS units.
Performed FDR lab testing and designed a more practical, cost-effective surface treatment than was requested by the township.
Negotiated repairs to be more constructible.
Obtained GP-11 permit.
Presented the design to the township at a public meeting.
Implemented the new seal coating technique.
Designed a drainage system for additional culvert pipes.
Performed construction oversight.
Coordinated release of permits and bonds.
Completed all documentation, including project acceptance forms and all punch list items.

Working with both the client and the township, Stahl Sheaffer was able to acquire approvals for a project plan that was equitable and acceptable to both parties. The energy company saved money on repair costs due to the innovative design, and the township got a road they could maintain more cost-effectively over the long term.
