Stahl Sheaffer provided roadway and drainage design for the reconstruction of Farmers Lane (T-548). Stahl Sheaffer designed a reconstructed roadway that included roadway widening in areas, straightening of the road in areas, corrective drainage improvements, and improved roadway pavement structure. Services provided included roadway and drainage design, geotechnical testing and analysis, construction inspection, and overall project management of the $400,000 roadway reconstruction project. This reconstruction project entailed the full depth reclamation (FDR) of 1.284 miles of roadway and was completed on a condensed schedule. Stahl Sheaffer was responsible for design, development of plans, specifications, estimates package; coordination with the client and South Franklin Township; and overall project management.
