K-12 Stadium ImprovementsEverett Area School District, Bedford County, PAIn support of an architect-led team, Stahl Sheaffer provided survey and site civil engineering services for stadium improvements including a restroom addition (1,400 SF) to the existing concessions building, replacement of the home bleacher, additional ADA parking facilities, and utility service connections.
Stahl Sheaffer provided topographic survey, site layout, grading, and utility design as well as construction plans and specifications. The project is currently out for bid with the anticipation that the restroom addition and ADA parking construction will be completed this summer.
