Stahl Sheaffer provided civil engineering services on the development of a mixed-use building. The two-story facility, with 5,000 SF on each floor, was designed for multiple tenants and features a driveway connection to Market Street, pedestrian access to the River Walk, and on-site parking facilities. The first floor was planned to host two to three businesses. The second floor has multi-office spaces with a larger conference room for use during training sessions and special events. According to CEO of Clearly Ahead Development Rob Swales, the intent was for the facility to have a “warm and welcoming architectural style that bodes well with the Pennsylvania Wilds design guidelines and natural heritage of Clearfield and the Susquehanna River.”
May 16, 2023 - Congratulations to the design team! Rivers Landing is the 2023 recipient of the "Great Design" award by the PA Wilds Center! This award honors an individual, business or organization that has done outstanding work to preserve, protect or enhance an area’s rural community character and to promote the use and understanding of the PA Wilds Design Guide.
