The preliminary and final designs of this streetscape project were coordinated with Borough officials, local businesses, PennDOT, and Centre County.  The project included the replacement of sidewalk in the central business district and along the storefronts of banks, restaurants, and shops.  The design included the development of preliminary and final design traffic signal plans, traffic control plans and PS&E package per PennDOT publications. The project was advertised for construction through PennDOT’s ECMS website, and thus all quantity computations, tabulations, and items conformed to PennDOT standards.
