Stahl Sheaffer has been providing multi-discipline engineering services since 2006. Now in its tenth year and with almost 100 employees, the civil engineering firm operates from 8 locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, including a geotech lab in southwestern PA. Recent innovations, investments, and staff additions in project management, structural and transportation engineering, survey, geotechnical analysis, LiDAR, GIS-based asset management, and environmental services have expanded Stahl Sheaffer’s geographic reach and capabilities.

Stahl Sheaffer has professionals licensed or certified as civil engineers, LEED designers, professional traffic operation engineers, Certified Bridge Safety Inspectors (C.B.S.I.), construction inspectors, surveyors, geotechnical analysts, and environmental scientists. Our principals have diverse backgrounds, bringing comprehensive experience and leadership in multiple disciplines.

Rod Stahl, P.E., Principal - Rod has 26 years of experience and leads land development and survey departments as well as construction inspection.

Jeff Sheaffer, P.E., CBSI, NCTI, Principal - Jeff has 26 years of experience and leads our bridge and building structures departments as well as bridge and tunnel safety inspections.

Aaron Fayish, P.E., PTOE, Principal - Aaron heads up our transportation services, including roadway management and traffic enhancements.
