Stahl Sheaffer provided survey, land development, site design, and construction inspection services for the 88’ x 60’ WSF in West Perry Township, Snyder County. Structure utilized timber post and roof framing and bracing supported on precast foundation T-Walls. Stahl Sheaffer provided site, land development, and E&S plans with basic structure requirements, while TimberTech and Keystone precast provided sealed structure drawings. The structure has 2’ overhangs on both sides and 1’ overhangs on the front and back. The side walls and back wall are enclosed, while the front is open with scrape lanes to both adjacent poultry houses.
