Stahl Sheaffer provided survey, land development, site design, and construction inspection services for the 104’ x 60’ WSF in Jackson Township, Snyder County. Structure utilized timber post and roof framing and bracing supported on precast foundation T-Walls. Stahl Sheaffer provided site, land development, stormwater, and E&S plans with basic structure requirements, while TimberTech and Keystone precast provided sealed structure drawings. The structure has 2’ overhangs on both the front and back and 1’ overhangs on the sides. All walls are enclosed, however the front wall that faces the existing poultry barns has one (1) 20’ door opening centered in the wall with gravel around the front entry. Stahl Sheaffer provided site and stormwater design that utilized 170’ of 36” Ø HDPE pipe and two (2) Type M inlets to reroute existing stormwater runoff to a large riprap apron and swale along the downhill side of the structure (east).
